For Women

When my youngest left for college, I needed to find a place to plug in—somewhere to serve.  The health and wellness industry is where I turned.  I am a “foodie” and I am fascinated by how every morsel of food that we eat affects our body and brain. When I became an empty nester, I went back to school, studied holistic nutrition, and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certification in health coaching.  I also completed a digestive intensive course with Andrea Nakayama, a functional nutritionist. I quickly became motivated to help others.

Over the years, I have experienced many digestive issues, sleep deprivation, anxiety, and I currently have an autoimmune disease. I know personally how consuming whole foods along with making lifestyle changes can improve one’s quality of life.  It does take commitment on one’s part and a desire to change.

As a health coach, my desire is to equip women with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health and to provide accountability and support to them along this journey.  My goal is for them to enjoy optimal health through changes in their diet and lifestyle and through the use of more natural solutions.

Spreading A Little Hope began as a blog—a way for me to journal my daughter’s journey through college and down the road to independence and the struggles and joys along the way.  Now, Spreading A Little Hope has become a way for me to serve others by sharing, educating, and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.

Abundant Living for Ladies (ALL)—Fast Track Program

This program is best suited for the woman who wants to fine tune her existing health program and is motivated to make changes without long term support or accountability.

1 month program details:

 

  • One 60 minute call, which includes a comprehensive consultation
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • One on one attention/support through email Monday through Friday
  • Access to a public facebook group which will provide information and resources for your general health and wellness
  • Food guide e-book
  • Access to a variety of health and wellness resources including information on anxiety, depression, sleep issues and autoimmune diseases
  • Access to recipes, menu planning and shopping lists

 

Abundant Living for Ladies (ALL-In) Program

This program is designed for women who are ready to make big changes.  They have unresolved health issues, chronic conditions or multiple symptoms and diagnosis and need long term support and accountability.

3 month program details:

  • One 60 minute call per month, which includes a comprehensive consultation the 1st month
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • One on one attention/support through email Monday through Friday
  • Access to a public facebook group which will provide resources and  information for your health and wellness
  • Food guide e-book
  • Access to a variety of health and wellness resources including information on anxiety, depression, sleep issues and autoimmune diseases
  • Access to recipes, menu planning and shopping lists

Brainstorming Session for Women 

This is for anyone who is not interested in an extensive review but would like to discuss ongoing health and wellness issues or ways to improve existing methods of self care.  The hour is yours.

Program details:

  • Brief intake
  • 1 hour consult
  • Emailed resources
  • Recap of consult
